Refunds and Last Minutes Cancellations
If you have a personal, health, and/or travel emergency which prevents you from attending, we ask that you contact us in writing seven days prior to the on-site registration of the AWC conference. The best way to reach us is by email. We will not be able to grant refunds unless requested in writing on or before seven days prior to on-site registration. Thank you so much for helping us to honor our hardworking volunteers and staff.

Single Day Conference Options
This ticket is for those who can only attend or be present for Saturday events, including workshops, the book fair, and the Awards Banquet.
Saturday workshops plus awards banquet $100.00

Saturday Awards Banquet only $40.00
Please note that you will not be able to purchase last-minute tickets to the Awards Banquet so please do this at least one week prior to the event.
This includes Sunday morning workshops, annual meeting, and Brunch Theatre. A full day ticket gives you access to all of it whereas other tickets limit what you can attend.

Please note that the annual membership meeting is for AWC members and guests only. The business meeting will include an important opportunity to vote on future AWC plans. All members are encouraged to attend.
