CoffeeHouse Productions started on the patio of a Starbucks in Montgomery, AL August 16, 2008. In 2010, the focus shifted to the community and the name was changed to CoffeeHouse Poets. Their motto(Lose yourself in the aroma) and giving away notebooks has been their signature "I love you" to attendees for eight years.
